The primary coverage that is recommended for all professionals is General Liability. However, Workers Compensation, Commercial Property, Commercial Auto and Bonding may be applicable depending on the make up and size of your business.
Protects against third party claims for bodily injury or property damage arising from negligence on behalf of you and/or your employees. Independent Contractors may be added under IACP Liability policy. (Claims Ex. Dog in your care bites a person or another dog in a training class).
Protects against bodily injury or property damage to a third party (person or vehicles) caused by your owned or leased vehicle(s). (Ex. you run into client's garage or mailbox with your vehicle, Ex. You run into another vehicle or cause an accident while en route to client's home.)
-On the job injuries that occur "in the course of employment" (Ex. Dog Bite)
-Occupational Diseases that result from employment (Ex. Carpel Tunnel or Rabies)
-Employer's Liability that is excluded from Employment (Ex. Spouse or Family member of employee sues alleging loss of consortium, etc. due to employer negligence)
