Tutorials and trainings for Xactimate

Xactimate is updated often to ensure that it meets all our customer's needs. To facilitate understanding, we have multiple options for training, tutorials, and classes.

Online training

Our online training center, Xactware Classroom, has extensive online courses, all of which are complimentary with the purchase of a 1-year Xactimate license. If you do not have an existing 1-year license, you can take any of the courses for a fee (fees are listed with course details).

Help documentation

We have provided help documentation on a wide variety of topics, all within this database. If there are helps that you would like added to this database, you can rate the articles and leave feedback; we will add appropriate documentation as soon as we are able to do so.

Videos

If you prefer video tutorials, you can find a variety of videos through Youtube. There are multiple channels that create content for Xactimate, but if you want the most up-to-date and accurate tutorials, you can subscribe to our channel.

Instructor-led trainings

If you prefer to have instructor-led trainings, you can arrange for in-person or virtual classes. These courses have a variety of options:

• In-person trainings at our Lehi facility are instructor-led and usually allow for up to 20 students. These trainings often take multiple days, and participants are required to pay for their own travel and lodging.
• In-person trainings (onsite training) at your own facility are instructor-led and usually allow for up to 20 students. These trainings often take multiple days, but they are customizable.
• Virtual trainings are inexpensive and available from the comfort of your own office. Students sign up individually for the appropriate course and attend during the scheduled time.
